We collect the following information when you use DivyaVani:

• Account information — name, email address, phone number (optional)
• Birth profile data — date of birth, time of birth, place of birth, geographic coordinates. This data is used solely to calculate your astrological chart.
• Device information — device token for push notifications (FCM token)
• Usage data — which features you use, to improve the app experience

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your personalised horoscope and birth chart
• To send daily Sant Vaani and horoscope push notifications (only if you enable them)
• To manage your account and subscription
• To improve our services and fix issues

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AstrologyAPI.com — for birth chart and moon sign calculations. Your birth data is sent to their servers for processing.
• Anthropic Claude API — for generating horoscope content. No personal data is sent.
• Firebase (Google) — for push notifications. Your device token is stored securely.
• Razorpay — for payment processing. We do not store card details.

Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure servers. Birth profile data (date, time, place of birth) is sensitive and is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. We do not sell or share your personal data with advertisers or third parties for marketing purposes.

Push Notifications

DivyaVani sends daily morning notifications including Sant Vaani (spiritual quotes) and your horoscope. You can disable notifications at any time from your device settings or within the app under Profile → Notification Preferences.

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and all associated data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time
• Update or correct your information

Children's Privacy

DivyaVani is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
